Chris, a guy at work just told me today one of his neighbors is selling a '57 Chevy Wagon. He didn't know much about the Wagon other then the seller said it was for sale so he can finish another project he owns. A '57 Chevy Nomad.

 

thanks, man, i have to say your 5th gen is gorgus, wish mine was as appealing to the eyes as your is, mines really not as nice as it looks in the picture, buncha little dents & dings, ( you can see the one on the bottem of the fender / top of the bumper, near the marker light, if you look reeeel close at my sig), pluse someone keyed the driers rear quarter by the trunklid, but the victory red paint hides most of the imperfections, and its clean & runs great, so how can i argue with that.

i might be getting another victory red 99 ls, 45,000 miles, professionally installed alpine sterio, cb/ police scanner ( P/O was a fireman) buncha other little off the shelf mods, butifull, streight car, the P/O died in an accident in 2000 and the car sat in his parents gradge, then the back yard... now its nice & green moldy. but they want it gone, reminds them of their son too much, problum is the sons wife does not want to sign the title over... well see how it goes...

my other choice before i got the monte was a 94 (?) capreice unmarked police car, 62,000
miles, all the police equipment ( spotlights, steely rims, dash light & siron, cage between front & back seats, raidios), new tires, LT-1 V8 and all the other police goodies, but i could not swing the $ 1,200 price tag... dang i wish i had that car....
