I won't be getting a new car for 2-3 years, I have been using Public Transportation for years, but now I have a new job that I have to drive to, so I have to decide on another car to mod or a true Daily Driver that I won't mod..
I'd love it if the New Buick GS came awd then it could be a DD that I would mod...but it looks like it's only coming FWD and for $30K plus that ain't happening unless they change to awd.
I may whined up getting a true DD like a very Basic Cruze or a Cheap Subi or Mitsu with AWD...something in the mid-high teens...but this would be sold if I ever whined up going back to Public Transportation.
Then again my commutte will only be a half hour, so if I do get a car to mod I'd hope that the chances of all 3 cars being down at once would be slim, thinking along those lines:
I really want a Maloo, and hope it would come here in 2-3 years....I'd be first in line.
If not, although I like a G8, I don't want a modded used one, so I may jump ship and get a Charger SRT-8 as I really am liking them lots.
Have sometime to decide so we shall see.

the next daily driver i buy is gonna be a brand spank'in new Ram 1500 Express 4x4.
it's gotta be flame red, 3.92 gears with limited slip, a rear sliding window, and not much else. Express package already has the 5.7 hemi, body color bumpers & grille, fogs, dual exaust, and nice wheels, A/C and a CD player, vinyl seats and floor, manual windows & locks, regular cab, 6 foot bed.
sticker price to custom order one comes in at $26,000 even, i stopped by a local lot not to long ago to look at one that was advertised for $20k!

I'm probably going to put my old car up for sale soon and put the proceeds toward a used Chevy or GMC truck. My wife really wants a truck again. We got rid of our Suburban about 2 years ago. Hard to get yard stuff (pallets of flowers, mulch, etc) in the Monte.
The Monte probably wont go anywhere for a long while. I still have a long ways to modify it. But me and my wife do plan on replacing her 03' Pontiac Vibe with 140K miles (and still runs like a champ) for a 2011 or 12' Buick Enclave. Those things are beautiful. White with silver trim or dark bronze. Then eventually buy an 80's something Monte SS.
