Okay here's the story on that picture. I took that picture at a local car show in 2008 here in Windsor. The owner of the car said it's a 1950 Hudson Pacemaker 4 door. But it's always possible he was mistaken. Especially after seeing your pictures. Most of the Pacemakers I've seen were two doors.

I saw a 1963 Nova ss with a 327 V8 and the owner said it came from GM that way.. He had pic's of it with 6 cyl before it was restored ,He bought it after it was restored
