For $60 + shipping, I'd get to know a local upholstery place and see if they can fab one up for you. See what kind of price they give you. Let them use your original as a sample. Sometimes you can be surprised what local businesses will do for you, just to get your business.

I have to agree it'd be cool to get a shift boot with some stiching in it. That would just be awesome lol.
