Wow, they did goon you good Habbibie! That is not one of those subtle "I-didn't-know-i-made-contact" hits. They'd have to hit pretty hard to damage like that and they would have felt it

Wow they really smacked it good. At least it is the front and not the back of the car they hit. You can get those parts from a junk yard for sure. It is still the fact they hit you and didn't leave a not. Its not even a dent. Its a lot worse. I wonder what their vehicle looked like after they hit you.

Good point. They would have swapped some paint for sure. Is there any chance the culprit could be caught?

With as many cameras at businesses and on streets that are in use these days, you would think one of them caught this! AND I would make sure a police report was done.

Had this happen to me years ago, Had an immaculate 1972 Road Runner parked on the street in front of my house, came out and found the whole driver side door smashed in.
Although I had suspicions, I could never prove anything.

The angle of impact was just right for a car exiting the driveway across the street, ANd from that point on, the owner parked his car in the garage, something he'd never done before.

Well I checked around the local businesses where it was hit, one shop had a camera pointed at my car parking spot, he viewed the tape with me, a newer black SUV Tahoe or suburban backed up on to my car and took off fast. Sadly video only shows the sides of the car so we didn't see any plates but I got a copy and i am forwarding it to the police officer that wrote out the report... We'll see what happens from there.

That's a step in a good direction. Hope they find the driver and not only get your repairs done but they get a Hefty fine!
