yah it shuts down on the highway, i dont do a lot of highway driving, but when my dad went to get it in texas he said he was getting about 24-28mph about 500+miles on a tank of gas

in town not as good, but it could be my heavy foot! lol

Funny Space should post the pic of the Magnum policecar.
Here in Windsor, the police have a Hemi Magnum unmarked policecar.
This thing is murdered out. All black, and windows tinted darker than midnight in a cornfield.
The only give away to it's identity is the racetrack pacecar-style lights attached just above the rear window. Looks like a spoiler until you're behind it, and you can see the strobes mounted in the spoiler.

I finally saw it pull someone over the other day (not me, thank God). Saw it drive by me, looking likea regular black Magnum. Then they hit the lights. This thing lit up like a Christmas tree. Red and white strobes hidden everywhere on this thing.

Looked cool as hell.

thye got several of those unmarked magnums here... they are constantly pulling people over on I-40 on the southside of Raleigh, NC (no magnums here in Oxford yet...).

Here in Oxford, almost all the Sheriff's department cars have been replaced with Chargers... only 2 Crown Vic's are left here.
