Mornin guys. Just relaxing after work. Hope y'all have a good one. "Short" week this week. I say that term lightly because we'll probably work 5 days this week, but that's shorter than a 6 day week.

Good luck with the meeting with the boss Space.

This is random, but I've come to the conclusion that the self proclaimed "country girls" out there are rather shallow. They'd rather have a guy with a lifted truck who listens solely to country music than someone who actually knows how to work cattle and horses.

Mornin' folks!

Seems like I'm never posting anymore. But I'm always here reading - I just don't have so much to say.

I'm supposed to be on vacation this week. But that just got cancelled. I was avoiding the phone, but my wife found out via Facebook that someone at work had a grandfather die, so now I need to go in Friday & Saturday. Just Friday & Saturday - y'know, the days that follow NFL kick off. Which is why I booked the time off, but now someone who didn't book it off (and has used all his vacation time and sick days when he wasn't even sick) gets it off instead. Am I being insensitive? Sure.. no not really. This isn't this first time a death has called away this staff member while it coincided with NFL. And are 2 days required for a funeral? I do believe in time off for grieving of course! But then that should be happening right now, not scheduled at the end of the week when football begins.

I hate Facebook

Good morning everyone. Waiting for my second class to start. Not much going on today besides school. At least I am off of work though. Have a good hump day everyone.

Goodmorning all. Slow start to work so far today, hoping it picks up so we can move on and get to the weekend

Good afternoon all! I had a great weekend, but now have to pay the price for time off. We have to work the next two weekends to catch up. Oh well, overtime$=shoes for the wife and maybe a car part.

I hear ya Sarge. I have been living the rural life long before it was popular. I am glad everybody didn't have to grow up with the small farm worries and struggles that some of us faced. But it is very irritating to see the phonies out there trying to "act country".
