good morning everyone. Devin, were are you moving!!!
Part of me wants to move off the island..find someplace cheaper..I would love to live upstate, everything is so beautiful and full of life! I will miss being able to travel 30 minutes though to any beach...

Decided to get the monte inspected today. Afraid if I wait, something is going to happen.. I just got that 'feeling'

matt: glad to hear you are ok!

They think most of the heavy damage, including a few houses absolutely torn apart, was mostly done to straight line winds or microbursts which can do amazing damage.
Their were Tornadoes on the ground at the time though! i'm curious to see what the NWS comes up with!

Microbusrt vs Tornado:

Microburst's are very dangerous because they hit with no warning at all.

Good Morning everyone Man O man this hasn't happened in such a long time to me! Got up this morning to birds chirping . Its been over a week since we heard this. Because of all the rain we've been getting But right now its Sunny and and warm outside. Wife had to go to the grocery store yesterday. Only car we have right now is the Monte . But it looked like rain any minute .So I asked her if we could wait a little while . She just looked at me and said its up to you! So we waited an hour and the coast was clear. Went did some shopping for over 2 hrs. Got back here and the Monte was in great shape. Hope to get the Cobalt back form our friends garage today! THANK GOD !

The more sun you get right now, the most likely storms will hit this afternoon.
Sun destabilizes the atmosphere.

Good afternoon!

Fun thing for the day: Go to Google Image Search and search for "Atari Breakout"

Good news for me so far: Today is supposed to be a warm/hot one, so I took the Monte out for a drive. And on the ride in, turned on my recently fixed A/C and man, it doesn't take long to blow ice cold!!! I hope it STAYS that way
