Something really crappy happened to Precious at work today. I guess they were doing some repair on the roof of the building in the suite next to ours that included something with water. I come to work and Precious is spotless from the awesome detail I gave him this weekend. Well I walk out about 5:20pm and my car is TRASHED with calcified waterspots EVERYWHERE. It took my fiance & I 3.5 hours to get them off and that was with using the Rotary buffer - I am soooo pissed - I want someone to pay for the 3.5 hours of my life that I'm never going to get back!

 

Go look into it tommorow when you go to work maybe? But it would probably get blown off as to everyone else is just a car Worth a try maybe

 

I know that it's not safe to drive the car to work anymore and when I get my Mustang in a couple of days I'm using a car cover everyday! I don't care what people think - I'm not letting anything else happen to my cars.

 

that sucks Amy, I can kinda understand, I don't keep my 06 clean that great but when I try it's a matter of minutes before a bird zhits on it, pisses me off very bad...I've been driving my 5th gen all the time lately and I'm thinking if I leave the other in the driveway, why not just cover it up, but I'm sure people will be like Keane said "it's just a car"........

 

Ya people at work probably think I'm weird - I don't have kids or pets - I have cars - and there's nothing wrong with that.

 

My buddy was always kinda acting like that when I would be cautious about my car and then he got a nice car. Now he is way worse than I am. Where I work it is safer to park on the streets then the parking lots and every time someone walks in the direction he's like what's this guy doing. I love it.lol

 

Even though my Monte isnt a show piece i still like my cars clean. Though Im lacking lately. And it pains me seeing my horizon sit. I gotta got her a cover. But Im hoping she will bebon the the road next week as Im planning to get the tank.
