I'm up again. Time to relax a bit before going to work. Time to fire up the coffee pot.

Indiana governor Mitch Daniels Sucks.
Passed that right to work law and our union contract was up, now since the union is lacking clout, we now only get overtime after 40 instead of daily after 8. Not sure if we even got a raise. They have already screwed our pension up years ago whereas we only get 30 per year for retirement. Example 10 years service = 300 pension. Even though we pay hourly and monthly dues. I may try t go salary and leave the union. At least then I can start a 401K.
If the union was to go out, would I be guaranteed any of the $1300 per month I have earned now?

JCI is non union and we still get the daily OT after 8. JCI went to a 401k over a pension a long time ago IIRC.

It's amazingly nice out. It is supposed to storm off and on the next couple of days though.

Jerry thats probably the only good benefit i've discovered from my job as a cashier. I am in a union, only thing its really done is just take money from me. But after 8 hours we can get overtime which is nice.
