Monte is back, looks so much nicer without all the chips and dings on the front end.

Good evening everyone, made it through the second day of teleconference meetings and passed my tests (yes we actually had to do tests 
lol) but on the positive I am a better employee with a broader knowledge base (yep I can make things sound good lol)
On the positive a co worker gave me a spare pool pump that she had in her garage so that saved me some money which I can put in to something better, actually considering purchasing a bowflex, I can get a great deal on one that is still brand new in the box so the wife and I are mulling it over
