The garage looks great Mel!

The weather isn't too bad around here. We'll be in the high 70s low 80s for the next few days. A welcome relief as far as I'm concerned...I'm getting tires of it always raining 10 minutes after I detail the Monte.

 

Afternoon guys. Nice garage Mel. I think I'm just gonna relax. I'm pretty sure we're already over 100. Got the coolant temp sensor replaced on the truck this morning before it got too hot. Thankfully that didn't take long. Y'all have a good one.

 

Man those temps sound great Mike: At least you can get out and enjoy most of the day. Here it feels like your breathing soup

 

plenty of the heat to go around today. I would like to get out and do something today but it's too hot. I may grill some meat later, not sure what yet tho.

Mel nice garage floor. I wish mine was flat so I could something to it.

 

It's not that humid here, it's just about to go above 105 for the 6th or 7th day in a row. We're at 102 right now. I think we spent 3 or 4 of those days over 110. Working outside the last two days, I kept a wet rag under my cap (dumping it back in the ice cooler every 20 minutes or so) and it did wonders to keep me cool.

 

Not sure who to believe the temp on the wall that says its 95 outside or what the weather channel says Relative humidity is only 53 percent. ONLY!!! I liked it back in Surprise , AZ when the relative humidity was 7 % .

 

Hot one today...

Heading to my sisters to go swimming then fireworks tonight... I really hope the heat brakes alittle by that time

OK we all know its HOT right. Well I walk out onto the deck. Which is off the 2nd story of my house. YUP its Really HOT on the deck at this time of the day. I hear like the A?C is running harder then it should. So go downstairs to check it out. R U KIDDIN ME ? Theres so much crap like a lint filter on your clothes dry stuck around the whole outside of the A/C unit. Go back and ask my wife to give me a hand. Tell her what I want to do.. She says in 95 degree heat you want to shut off the A/C ? I said just for about 30 mins. Take it all apart and get the shop vac and go over the whole thing. Man that thing was dirty as hell. I think this weekend when it cools down a bit. I might do a little more to it.Put it back together in about 30 mins. Not sure if its going to work harder or not. I'll go check on it again when the Sun goes down. Had to come in and take a shower for sure Man its HOT & HUMID. 98 @ 3:20 pm

 

Happy 4th of July! 101 degrees in Ann Arbor right now.

With how dry it is, be careful shooting off fireworks tonight. Neighbors two down from us were just shooting off bottle rockets about an hour ago and caught their backyard on fire. Fire department is still there putting down water as of now.
