really 15mph is a decent speed if you can average that. end of the year i averaged about 18.5 mph over 40 miles. I am hoping for 20mph averages with my new bike

Well thats good to know Zach. Out here i see them with their shorts and the bright colored shirts and laugh my azz off. But to each his own.

i am lucky the best one in the state of Iowa is 1/2 block from my house

Fat butt huh ? What all of 115 lbs. Trying doing that at 190 lbs. Thats damn near two of you

still not too bad really. depending on your bike. if i go all out on a flat trail i can do 30mph but that doesnt last very long

i was at 255lbs when i started...talk about alot of work to get up to speed
