Morning all, my phone over heated and shut off in the middle of the night and turned itself off. Thus I am just getting to work. Luckily Im a regular at being a half hour early so no paperwork this time.

 

Afternoon everyone, hectic day at work today, was in the office for some simple running of reports and 5 hours later was able to leave and get out, I hate those days it feels like you just ran a marathon but didn't get anything done

 

Yep dave, my manager talked with me about it Saturday morning, someone is saying im slacking off on Wednesdays. Will ask if I slacked off this Wednesday or not, if someone still says I'm slacking, im done.

 

You know in your heart of hearts your doing your job..
Someone is definitely trying to mess with you... Maybe there jealous of your being in the manager training program and there not? Maybe they presume they deserve it more than you do..???

The best thing for you..
Is just to do your job to the Best of your ability as you do everyday...
That way you show them by doing , Rather than talking about it...

My advise:
Go to work, Do you job and go home..
Since you basically work by yourself.. There's no need to engage anyone else in conversation or gossip. Your a self made man and you should remain that way! Don't feed into there BS... It only makes it worse. IMO

You've been there to long to let some ignorant person ruin your future.
If you were a "slacker" You wouldn't have been able to get into the Managerial program. So now...Just do your job and things will be perfectly fine. That's what will dispel that rumor quicker than anything I know. Keep the faith... Your worth it!

Had a guy come check out my Monte for the work I need done...
As I should have known.he's somewhat in the Ball Park financially..
Not sure that I am wiling yet to put my trust in him since it through a friend that I know well..But I never met his friend til today.
