Thanks guys! It's a nice car and in very good condition. I like it so far. It was all clean but it's snowing pretty well here so not so much anymore. We beat the snow while at the dealership but I drove into it not even five minutes after I left. I can say the car drives really well in the snow, lol. Had to drive 65 miles home in it, couldn't see the road at all at times, very slick. Cars off the road here and there. Just took my time and made it home safely.

I'll post more pictures of the car a bit later tonight. Obviously the ones I took today aren't the greatest because the car is covered with snow now. When I get a chance I'll take better pictures.

Looks like 2-4 inches of snow now and another 2-4 through tonight for us here in SE Michigan.

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. Had a pretty good day, found myself at the Ford dealer this morning and test drove a 2010 mustang gt 5.0... At first I didnt think I could drive it because it was a standard but I did and it was smooth, doubt ill buy it though. I have an appointment Saturday back there and as much as I would like a v8, I just know the note is going to be through the roof... The insurance would be around $300/month which is ok. You guys think I should try out the v6?

Alright here she is, the new car. 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ RS, black granite metallic, jet black leather interior. Took these when I got home and obviously they aren't the greatest pictures because the car is covered with snow. The car WAS very clean when I left the dealership. Drives great in the snow. Oh, and the Monte isn't going anywhere. The Cruze is now my daily driver/winter car. Combined 30 mpg (36 hwy) versus the '94 Suburban's 13 (15 hwy) is a nice improvement. When I get a chance, and the weather cooperates, I'll take some better pictures.

Nice Car! I like the front ends on these cars. That surely is a lot of snow!

When the engine is warm, you can clearly see the outline of the hood's bracing in new fallen snow. Like you see in the quoted picture. I always thought it would be cool if they designed the bracing to be in the shape of the Chevy bowtie. It would be cool to have the Chevy bowtie naturally appear in the snow on the hood.

Nasty weather when I left home. Had to battle it for 3 hours. Then when I hit I-75 outside Cinci, it was slick and I was watching in rear view mirror and saw a car do a 360 and almost got bit by a Semi. Amzing he didnt get hit as cars were in all 3 or 4 lanes. I saw it all. He was changing lanes and it was slushy, over corrected and for a ride he went. I was glad to hit rain. Drove for 12 hours and should be further but Atlanta traffic sucked and the morning snow slowed me way down. We did make it to Macon GA though. Be a quicker jog tomorrow to Daytona. Have a great night all, I am relaxing and calling it a night.
