I checked the status of me being a juror tomorrow and it says that I need to report in...... It's going to be an earlier start to a work day than usual, I have to be there by 8:30am.... I have to catch a bus at 7am to get there on time......

Jerry, that would be interesting, depending on the case? I'm not complaing, it just sucks going into the city, easier to do by public transportation than driving.....

 

so true! whenever I go into Center City Philly I always take the train in.

 

Same goes for new york city, almost always take the train in and then use buses/walking/subway to get around. You can drive down there, but you can never park anywhere.

I got a notice to appear for jury duty in May. I am not looking forward to it. I did jury duty when I lived in Vermont. What I learned is that lawyers are crooks and clowns. What are judges before they are appointed to the bench. It is unbelievable how these guys have screwed up a system our forefathers set up and was once so noble. I am hoping that I get dismissed.
