As for money ... well, I don't have much of that either, but the older cars are less expensive than the newer ones. NO car payment. LESS on insurance, etc. etc.
Heh ... even looked at an '88 Cutlass Supreme Classic (RWD, of course) today to use as a daily/winter beater....we'll see if I get it because it is almost in too good of shape (just about as nice as my '87 MC LS) with a price tag a bit more than what I paid for the '87 MC LS. Not sure I'm keen on that. But, we'll see.....

Very nice! I don't think I've seen one EXACTLY like that. LUUUVVVV the blue! I wanted a blue one when I bought this Intimidator SS, but couldn't find one supercharged, ANYWHERE!

Well (as in 1996) I bought an SS but I still don't own one. [sm=icon_rofl.gif]
We took the car out for a while on saturday evening. It was cool.
And I love the blue paint. (wish it was my car)
I got dragged to MI yesterday to see Deb's mother on Mother's Day. When we got back at about 8pm I cleaned a little bit on the car for her. The dealer's detailer sure didn't do any favors. The wheel wells were still dirty and so was under the hood.
A little wax did wonders on the car's paint.
OH, and we found a real nice scratch in the pass side quarter panel just before the tail light. We'recertain it wasn't there the weekend before. Cause I took pics of the carthe 24 hours we had the car and neither of us see a scratch where this one is.
You know if we complained to the dealer they'd swear we did the damage.

Anyone know where I can get a set of the '03 Monte bucket seats? They sure would look good in a '57 Chevy.

Yea i hear R...... J.... just ummm never mind.
seriously you can actually find the same seats int he Impallas. and it seems they have a ton of those damed things around think they should ahve named them cocaroches LOL
but they share alot of the monteparts ont eh 6th Gen stuff.
But if ya do it do your self a favor and find the ELE. pass side seat also and the ehated seats are fun to have also.

Congrats RJ! When I ordered my 03 I wanted that color combo (blue w/silver ground effects) but they wouldn't let me because of the Pace Car edition was painted that way, so I ended up with red and silver.

Amy, that makes no sense since I've seen other Superior Blue w/silver ground effects Montes out there that were no a Pace Car replica or the JG Monte.
