Default Waaay off topic - Birds & more photos - add some of your own

We went to Choke Canyon State Park and Port Aransas this weekend. Here's a few of the almost 300 pics I took.
Feel free to add your own pics.

beautiful pics becky!! you definitely have a knack for photography huh? what kind of camera and lens did you use for those close up shots of the birds? did you use a macro lens for the ones of the flowers? i really like the composure on those, great job with the bokeh (fuzzy background).

All were taken with my Canon xti in full manual mode and a 75-300mm lense. I really need a longer telephoto but they cost more $$ than I have. For the close-ups, I use the 300mm end and get as close as it will alow me to focus.

LOL, sorry Space. They would've never been uploaded without it because I'm too impatient. Had dial-up for years and was finally able to get highspeed through Clearwire. Roadrunner stops less than a block from me, same with cable so we have Dish Network for tv. I could never watch any videos either on dialup. I thought with highspeed I'd spend less time on the computer because I could get done faster. WRONG. I spend more time because I can do so much more, LOL.

So not fair, we just got about 3 inches of snow.

Looks like a fun time, I love spring, but it never seems to make it here.
