Default Video link: Illegal Dirt Bike Packs run Baltimore Streets,

Ended up reading an article on a movie coming out soon called "The 12 O'clock Boys" These dirt biker riders race around the streets having a good time in fairly large numbers, too funny what they get away with. From what I read back in 99 an incident occurred from a police car chasing a dirt biker which resulted in the young biker dying. Baltimore City eventually passed a law forbidding the police from chasing the bikers and now it's like a wide open street party. Some situtaions seem questionable with regards to their own safety in traffic, but others are wow moments. Ah to be young again and carefree...
Anyone else have similiar motorcycle incidents in their areas? None here in Utah, not even the bullet bike groups blasting around here. I personally believe this is okay to do on a closed course, but in traffic with automobiles, someone will end up dead again.

What are your thoughts on on issues like these?

So this movie is based on true events? Like cops can't chase people on dirt bikes in Baltimore? Wow...... they sure can give you speeding ticket in your car though.
