The attorney taking his case is his sister.

Sad and ridiculous, yes, but he is in prison for the next decade. What does he have to lose with this lawsuit? Perhaps he can even score a movie deal or book. Capitalism has its dark side.

I was going to mention that it is the guys sister who is the lawyer but someone else did that. Florida is a no fault state.
When I run for president in 2016 I guess this is another thing I will need to tackle and try to set straight. I hope I get a lot of independent votes. I am going to need them.

Forgot to mention this guy has his name on many family businesses. This guy has money. Makes even less sense to me.
