Twisted Metal fuel Line on the suburban
#11
i looked it up on thirdgen.org and came upon this from a board member with a tbi car..fittings and hose
"I ordered mine from Summit. The part numbers are:
-6 to 14mm-1.5..........#991954
-6 to 16mm-1.5..........#991955
you need two of each of these.
Then just ask the sales rep for the braided fuel line, 6 ft runs about $24. You will also need a total of 4 hose ends to -6. the part number is #1002/610020. It get's pretty pricey, about $70 for the line and connectors to simply go from the rubber lines to the TBI. It's worth it though, and makes life much easier."
im prob going to go the same route actually...

Thanks for the link there is a lot of good reading on there. I am thinking the braided lines are the way to go. Can anyone think of any reason I shouldn't. 5 hours of internet searching has shown me that know one has replacement metal tube lines. I went to the local auto parts store and he couldn't find anything to order either. The braided lines are rated at 1000 psi so I think they will be tough enough.

SUx that you bent your lines Todd. Braided hoses are the way to go man. Keep us posted on how it works.
And Todd..
Dont bend your line like that agin. It might break off this time.
