I too fall in the category of getting into shows that have gone into syndication. I go even further with my favorite shows by buying them on DVD. I have the whole set of the classics like The Twilight Zone, The Munsters, and Get Smart! I wasn't alive when those shows were first runs LOL!

LOL! I have a few seasons of The Dukes Of Hazzard on DVD, but that's it. I have a feeling I'd need a whole room for all of the TV series on DVD that I want

I've recently got into Heroes and I never watched The Sopranos because I didn't have HBO, but since I've bought every season and finished the series in a few short months. Unreal how awesome The Sopranos is. I hope they make the movie that has been talked about for years.
I try to watch Seinfeld religiously. I love that show. And if you like it and have HBO you'd love Curb Your Enthusiasm! Larry David is a mad man.

How about this for getting interested in a show after its original running. The greatest tv show of the 1980s, MIAMI VICE ! It lasted from 84 to 90, and I was only born in 1988. I saw my first episode 4 years ago, now I own all 5 seasons! I just love it, the exotic locations, hot cars, hot girls, fast boats, awsome clothes, and heavy radical 80s synth music. What could be better?!

That's one where I have to be in the right "mode" to watch it. I like it sometimes, other times, not so much.

A show like that for me is Cheers. It started when I was way too young to watch it ... but now, I love it.
