Mike, it sucked, I'm to old to learn new tricks, I wish I didn't lack the math skills I once had!

It's not even that difficult, I just don't the patience for it. And if I did want to get the certification I would have to dedicate more time than just my Tuesday evenings for 10 weeks! I'm not giving up, I'm going to go through with what I have committed to and then that will probably be it for me?

Another hour and a half to go and then get gas and head home. I hope that I sleep better to night than last night. Last night after I went to bed I was watching TV waiting to be tired enough to go to sleep. After a while I started to smell smoke like something plastic or electrical burning. I got up and looked around the house and didn't find anything. I came back to the bedroom and woke Susan and told her I thought the house might be on fire and I needed her help to find what was burning. We both checked the whole house and we went outside as well. Neither of us found anything and the smell went away. I am thinking a neighbor was burning garbage and the wind sent it my way. In any event I went back to bed but didn't sleep very soundly because I didn't find the source of the smell. My house was still standing this morning so all was good. Susan left for work at five. At about seven I felt something on my arm and I brushed it off. In Florida bugs always get into the house. It isn't something I like but with babies in the house I can't spray a lot of pesticides so I live with an occasional bug. I brushed whatever it was aside and stayed sleeping. Then something jumped on my head and scared the sh*t out of me. It woke me up big time. I sat up and there was my cockatiel sitting on my pillow with a look of hey what's up. I picked him up and put him back in the kitchen on his cage. I shut my door and went back to sleep. I went back to sllep but didn't sleep sound. Iwas tired when I got up.
