Jen, on my screen, the picture is super dark. I put it through photoshop to bring it up to normal. And here's what I got out of it...

intake still not in, either im stupid or i've got a garbage product here. I had high expectations for this thing

 

Jen, does your camera have an image sensor cleaning mode? That would be a good place to start. If it does, do a few of those manually and see if that works.

Good Morrning from very warm Phoenix, Az We came close to setting a record here yesterday for this time of the year. It was 79 yesterday. The weather Girl said we still could set a record the next 2 days. Temps might hit 82 both today and Weds. COOL Thats why I come out here every year. I see its colder then a witch's *** up in Minn today. BRRRR. Can't wait to get my cable and internet connection on the 1st of feb . Ok better post this before it flies off into outer Space

I know it was dark, I was on a very long shutter, high numbers in ISO's so the image was dark. I see your brightening just made the pixels show even more. Oh god thats bad..

It does have a sensor cleaning, but it does not say 'manual' like most cameras..the sensor looks perfectly clean, I rarely switch lenses. what do you just..leave it on?

 

If you drop the ISO it stops the pixel noise then boost it in post production.
