My cold has let up in time for me to return to work today as expected. Valentine's Day is lurking guys. If you haven't ordered flowers for your lady (or your man - I'm not judging) you better get on that! Friday is closin' in...

Spent last night demodding the winter beater so insurance can finish totaling it
Almost done....
Really sad, but hopefully I end up with something better.
Outside of that, I'm getting ready for work.....

Glad you got a chance to strip the car. I don't think insurance companies always let you do that, but it's been a while since I've written a car off (knock on wood). Grand Am's aren't that hard to come by in these parts. Maybe you'll be able to get another and re-mod

I'm hoping this storm shifts slightly, I really don't want another 6-12 inches of snow

Tats good news that you were able to de mod before the ins claim was done on the Grand Am (sorry for the loss) Maybe youll end up with something that you can reuse them on?..

How was your trip to the Pocono's? Did you get the oil changed on the Camaro? How were the roads?

I take it that your bout with colds has ended and feeling back to normal?
How many of you know who "Shirley Temple " is?
Unfortunately she just passed away at 85 yrs young... For those of you that don't know she was.. She was a child start in the Movie industry as well as a UN Ambassador when she got older after her acting career...As well as received a lifetime acheivement award for all the wonderful things she did for others over the course of her life! RIP Shirley Temple Black.
Anyone who maybe heading down town Detroit today...Avoid going to the area of West Grand Blvd and Vinewood....
There is a huge watermain break and it encompasses a 12 block area with depths of water near 3feet deep...
Gotta love the citys ability to maintain our public services.... Keep an eye on your water bills Michigan...
You know in the long run were the ones that are going to have to pay for these unmaintained water mains!...
Its off to the Chiropractor later on this afternoon around 2 pm.. Both the Mrs and I will be getting our bones realigned...lol
Othewise:
Thing are looking kinda bleek as far as my Mods for the Monte..
Its getting so tough to try to save any cash... After the optometrist yesterday it turns our I need new eyes.... There's 1 expense I wasn't counting on.. There not cheap... Maybe with any luck..I may have it ready by September or October...lol Naturally, It now is getting another rust spot on the passenger side near the wheel well... Sheesh, even in storage it just never stops....
