Have you been able to talk to the person that is in charge of hiring you, or making the decision ? I don't know if I would want to work for a company that avoided me in this way (?)...I know you want or need a job like many or most. I rather make less $'s and be happy then make more and be sad. I would keep trying to get an answer from them to see if there is a reason that you have not received a yes or no. Time is life and we only get so many days and we never really know how many...If you are unhappy, I would move on & begin a new search...I know that's not easy, but nothing good is .

Honestly i don't think it's a yes or a no. In order to finish probation i have to do one more part of their corporate bs, just part of their procedure. I've been in contact with my building manager and he's waiting on word from the district manager to get things settled and get me back in.

 

Keane, is the district manager back from his vacation ? Can you call or email him ? Let him know that you need an answer. I hope it all works out for you & I know that it's difficult to be patient and wait for an answer.

I'm lucky to get paid to be on standby call, but I'd rather be working then waiting. I'm on standby now...waiting. I really wish I knew where I'm going next ? I know where a lot of people tell me to `go, but it's too Hot there Good Luck `Keane & I hope it all works out for you

Good evening everyone. Settling down from a pretty average Tuesday night for me.

I recently learned about something that has my interest. There is a virtual reality company called "The VOID" and they are working on launching a Ghostbuster "experience" in July in New York! I am trying to get more information. But I am really thinking about planning a trip to New York City for this. If I do, I may need to make a stop at Hook and Ladder #8, which is the firehouse used for all the outside shots in the original Ghostbuster movies.
I am a huge fan boy of Ghostbusters (I feel I know more then most people should). So the kid in me loves this "ghostbuster experience" concept if it's what I think it is (despite it being inspired by the new movie and not the originals).
