after much consideration i traded my o6 impala on a 2011 Taurus sel.....was looking at 2011,2012 impalas ....and was really looking for a LTZ impala....boy GM didn't put much effort in them between 06 and 2012...virtually no changes at all

well i had it a few days now....gas mileage is better than the impala was maybe due to the 6speed automatic....power is about the same@263 hp...but the ride is a lot smoother than the impala, 18' wheels on Michelin tires...they say they are built on the Lincoln chassis. With the exception of not having leather and sunroof you get a lot more options than the LTZ i was looking at had to offer....and i like the interior cockpit design although some people may find it a little close.....dealer sold 4 of them the same day and the 4 people traded their GM product in on them....just hoping i get the same dependability as from the Impala....the Impala i traded sold within an hour... i got the same trade in price for the Impala that i paid for it 2 years ago..so it pays to keep your vehicle in nice condition

Ford has really improved & I like their new design on the 2013 Ford Fusion... The interior has really improved.

 

Great choice getting a blue oval the newer Tauruses are pretty nice

Congrats on the new car. Many of my friends have had/have a tarus and have said they're great cars. Not sure about the new ones but if they're anything like the older models then i think you'll like it.

 

The Taurus is a nice car - especially the SHO!
