make sure you know the difference in a Cyclone and a Syclone

i guess it was made my Ford.... but it was a Mercury if you REALLY want to get tecnical..... i love the 70 Eliminator with a 428 CJ though....



I knew you had it RJ when you posted a friend having a 390/4 speed one... great cars if you ask me.... so I posted to make sure everyone knew the difference

Did I miss something? I didn't know Furd continued to make the Cyclone utilizing the Cougar and Turino bodies.

The Cyclone a long ago friend owned was more of the square-ish Comet body style.

I know it was rumored to be one movin ride.

 

The orange car is a 70 Cougar Eliminator.. the red one is a 69 Cyclone.

i think it counted down from 10 to 1 and i never heard of the gmc4.3 turbo that would be so sweet i had a 4.3 in a blazer that was about pos as u can get and i raced a bunch of 4 banger cars and beat them a turbo one would be so sweet

 

I never heard anyone comment on performance of the turbo Montes from the 1980s? Were they dogs or dawgz?
