The only time being Exempt is actually a pro is on a short day. What are you going to do though. I'd probably double my income if I was hourly, and go paid OT after 8 hrs like Non-Exempts do.

 

I very very rarely work later than I should, so it's all good for me haha

 

I don't like politic's & don't watch 2 much TV, but everytime I turn the TV on there's another Political ad thrash talking each other...It's very sad & I know it a subject that isn't condoned on the MCF, but I thought the above cartoon was super funny
I do hope/encourage everyone to get involved in finding good/honest people to lead & serve our country. I don't like what I read & see in todays world 4-Sure...

Afternoon all.... Haven't been here in a bit. My life has been work, lawyers, doctors and bank.

Got a living trust in place for mom, Power of Atorney, doctor setup and dentist setup complete with exams for mom scheduled, bank accounts to be setup tomorrow. Once her house in Tucson is sold (closing 9/26) I need to transfer her funds to the new bank here in MI.
I have been getting overwhelmed at times will be glad when it is all complete
Been away from the Deuce for a long time now, and now it's almost time to store her for the winter.

Some morning's mom wakes up and doesn't know where she is, thinks her long passed sisters are still alive. Makes me sad 4-sure
