He was suppose to put the sealer on it a day ago. He has painted the mirrors, spoiler, and rear panel with no reactions. Yay!
Glad to see your on here Jerry. Hope your back is just a pulled muscle. And nothing major

Good rainy Morning . Well this little rain were getting the last two days. Is work wonders out in the yard. The trees are really starting to sprout little buds now!. Pretty soon the leaves will be there and everything will be alive and GREEN again. Also I guess its back to my buddy;s garage and replace the injector on # 2 cyl. The fuel cleaner isn;t doing a thing for it. We know its not the coil pac. Cause we swtiched then around and it still showed # 2 miss fires. So after i log on here and get in the shower. Its over to Wade;s for an hr or so. Finally did some food shopping on Weds afternoon. Took us 2 hrs to go thru the store and get stuff.. I thought we were going to need 2 carts at one point . Then after we got home and had to unload!! Holy molly up and down those freakin steps. Next house will be a ranch NO STEPS!!!! But at least we do have FOOD and beverages in the house . Ok better get my a** going. I want th Cobalt back early. Got to go pick up our grandson from after school project he has. And if its raining I don't want to take the Monte out. It hasn't been washed since Dec 20 I think. Its been under cover Monte for the last going on 5 months . ok later Dudes & Dudettes. ................................................

Good morning everyone.

W-Body/GM 3800 Gathering in two days! Bonneville, Grand Prix, Impala, Regal, and Monte Carlo. I'll be sure to take lots of pics to share.

Michigan Meet & Greet in 9 days; next Saturday! Really hope the weather cooperates for these Meets.

So next project is on my mind. I've been thinking more lately about painting an engine cover for the car. My thought is I'd get my hands on a nice used or salvaged one to paint so I can keep my stock one, well "stock". I want to go with painting it like this one, but red where the blue is, black where the silver middle section is and probably go with black lettering. Maybe clear it with a semi gloss or matte. I don't think want it too shiny; something like it would have looked coming from the factory. Probably just mask the middle section and leave it and just paint the side parts.

So color-wise like this one below. I think the red would look cool, kind of like the Corvette Z06 engine covers. Maybe my next project before the Monte Carlo Nationals if I can find a cover soon.
