afternoon all, not a brilliant morning. Last night I saw my mirror would be here today, check this morning and the arrival date says N/A. The company I ordered from hadn't shipped the damn thing. So now it better come tomorrow or im gonna be pissed. As it is I can't wash the car so idk when I will before the meet.
Got the new battery installed, what a pita to remove the old one, also tried greasing the 5th gen window with white lithium grease and I accomplished nothing there. Guess the next thing is to get a new motor.

Well, drove the Monte in this moring to work. Ever since I got my hands on a DHP PowrTuner, I've been learning a lot and making adjustments. I'm SLOWLY getting my Monteimproved to what I want (for the most part it's tinkering with the transmission stuff and a little in a couple of fueling tables). There is just such a large level of compleixity of what you can do via the PCM, it's crazy!!
But this morning's ride in was a fun one lol
@Jen - Hope your move goes well and hope being back at your mom's is short lived. I'm sure things will pan out for the better in the end!!
@Lou - I missed seeing the pic of the new place. Glad you re-posted it, looks great!!!

LOL, it's up there with the Dodge Intrepid having to take the tire off to get at the battery. The Monte is certainly a tight squeeze!!
It's one of those gm parts suppliers that communicate via email only, emailed them but I feel that's a waste of time.
Afternoon everyone.
Thought I'd share this with you guys. Brad Keselowski took some time here in his home state of Michigan yesterday and crossed the Mackinac Bridge in the Blue Deuce, paying a bridge fair just like everyone else. Here's some pictures from Michigan Department of Transportation's Facebook page.
