You're welcome, and yeah it's most likely the actuator turning. It IS a bit strange that yours is just now doing it after three years. Mine did it at the dealership prior to driving off the lot. Not a deal breaker for me as I still bought the car. Like I said, mine does it very rarely and it's not really a big deal to me. I don't mess with the air all that much anyway.
