Good Morning `Devin,Great to see you online. There are several members off sick & also many employee's where I work. I hope this flu season ends & everyone gets better.
I'm back working double shift due to many people `off sick that never have missed a day of work. My new position is on hold until our employee's recover from this `bug.
Devin, I hope that you & the readers don't catch the flu bug 4-Sure...

Good morning all
Second day going to the gym,I'm way out of shape.I haven't been to the gym in about 12 years.I want to get back to my Marine Corps weight.
Sux that every one has been catching the flu.I caught the flu an kick it's a$$

Hi `Chris,Good Luck on getting back in shape. It's one of the best investments in yourself that you can make.
If you don't take care of yourself ? Who will ? It's a great goal & I wish you the Marine Corp Discipline/Spirit to meet your goals.There's so many rewards for being in shape...Don't Give `Up & Good Luck

Great morning everyone!
Many people are sick at work but still going in ......soooo I am working from home the rest of this week. I am tired of getting sick. I have been sick twice since Christmas and can't afford to have my mom get sick too.
Hope all of our members and thier familys that are sick take care of themselfs and get better soon
