Good morning guys. 32 degrees this morning. We have a freezing rain advisory until early afternoon today. Had some pretty good thunderstorms move through last night - pretty heavy rain at times and lots of lightning.
Detroit's resurgence is still going strong. Dan Gilbert recently talked Detroit, saying that Microsoft is expected to move into an existing Downtown space. He also predicted that 10-15 new skyscrapers of 25+ stories will be underway in the next 5-7 years.
I might be adding another car soon - keeping details to myself for now.

Yep, me too! The Pistons have announced moving to the new arena next season so it'll be home to the Red Wings and Pistons starting the 2017-18 season. It's still on schedule to open in September. Here's the latest progress shots I can find...
