Good Morning
Good Morning MCF hope everyone a great day. I am trying to fight off a cold but it's a challenge for sure. Surrounded by folks who are sick and leaving a trail with everything they touch.

Good morning guys. I'm fighting off a cold too, there's definitely something going around.
56 degrees already this morning, going up to 61. Looks like a cold front and thunderstorms move through tomorrow.
Detroit has seen a lot of rehab and new construction in recent years. Yesterday, A plan for the old Hudson's site was unveiled and it proposes the tallest building in Detroit/Michigan. The old Hudson's Building (once the World's tallest department store) was demolished in 1998 and the site has sat vacant since. Detroit has not seen new construction this tall in 25+ years. So, this is huge news for multiple reasons.

Good afternoon MCF!!
Matt, I am fighting off what is left of this cold too...wow it was rough for a few days!!
I want to thank all of you who take it upon yourselves to start the blog when I am slack!!! I really appreciate it. Between work and getting the Monte ready to race this season, I am finding that I do not have enough hours in the day to get to everything in a timely manner! Thank you all for doing what you do!!
Hope everyone has a good day!

Man it's a beautiful day, sunny and 68 degrees right now which sets another record high for us! We tied our record high yesterday.

This morning in the Hotel Lobby there are 3 people sneezing and not trying to cover up. Maybe if I get a can of Lysol spray and when that happens go over and douse them down they might get the idea. I had been going along fairly well with no issues and then somebody must have got me.
That is a kool rendering of the new building in Detroit, I am thinking that construction is going to be on the upswing all over the country. This was my career path for years and I passed this on to my son. He is a Construction Mgr. now. He was telling me about one of the Subs he has and he had told the guy how to do something and make it look right and the guy couldn't figure out how he knew this much about the details. He told the guy he had been doing this since he was 15 years old. Never thought of it how he followed me around when I was doing that stuff.
