hey everyone. didnt get alot of time online i had to go to the doctor late last night. i was having issues with my lymph nodes in my legs

i was told if i want to keep riding my bike i will have to get a recumbent or i will have trouble as long as i ride

Zach Recumbent bikes are cool looking and a lot of people ride them around here. I know there more comfortable to ride but they are expensive.

Lou, leftover spaghetti is usually a pretty safe bet for supper (even if my supper is at 6am). I don't eat too much when I get off work, my biggest meals are earlier in the day. So I'll still have some for when I get off in the morning.
