Mornin guys. One more day of work them I'm off for three days. Doc running tests on Friday, then OU-Texas Saturday, and I'll be headed to the farm after the game is over and not coming back till Sunday night.
If I can get up in time tomorrow, I'll go look at a 3/4 ton truck. 8.1L, Allison tranny, 4x4. If I can get a decent payment and the down is affordable (and mostly includes my Burb that I'll be trading in), then I'll probably jump on it. I'm not usually big on leather when the seats aren't heated and not big on front bench seats either, but for the right truck (like this one) I would accept it. I already know not to expect more than 13-14 highway out of it, but I only get 14-15 right now. Plus the 78 will be back on the road in the next few weeks if things go right, so I'll DD it when there isn't salt all over the roads. I'm expecting mid to upper 20s when it's done (it got 22-23 without OD before the old tranny went out), so I expect that to improve with the 4L80E with it's .75 OD gear and lockup TC.
Hope y'all have a good one. David, post a pic of your Aussie. That's one of my favorite breeds. My grandparents have an Aussie/German Shepherd mix. Beautiful dog. Very sweet too.

Good morning everyone. Another day of work but at least I am mid shift. I think the weather is supposed to be decent again. Will have to do some homework tonight though.

Morning all last day of work this week off to Tuesday and going to cruisen the coast this weekend bring the gopro hoping to get some awesome car shots.

Taz I hate to hear that your car is squealing, might be a a wheel hub or a peice of gravel caught in the caliper. Good luck!
