OMG Someone stole or removed the huge military tank I was going to use in my picture!!!! Guess I go out at lunch and try to find a cannon sitting somewhere...LOL

If you cant find a tank find a vetren and take a pic with him or her.They are the real history.

 

Yeah...it's in the works. I have an 83 year old Navy veteran stopping by...can't get much more military history than that!!!

This is a great theme for a photo contest, it's just one that might take some more prep & planning than usual.

Okay, I've got one! Here's mine:


Taken at the Strategic Air & Space Museum southwest of Omaha. They've got these three big Air Force missiles set up right by the entrance. The one with the red parts on it is an Atlas ICBM, the first one for the U.S., going back to the late Fifties. (Don't worry, I don't think they're armed and dangerous anymore! )
