Hi `Brock, don't be sad, WTF does KBB know
It's just a auto site that gives a ball park estimate.
What matter's most is what it's worth 2 U 4-Sure : )
"Reality sometimes makes me `sad"
"People many times makes me `sad",
but I won't let'em win because I am
the driver of my own `life.... What ? lol
I just wish that so many things/people/cars wouldn't
get in my way.... 4-Sure
They sure can `mess with my `journey of life....
"Be Happy 2 `be....so many R `not"

According to trade in values, my '06 (LOADED) LTZ is worth $10,200. My car has 14,850 miles on it right now.
Condition is excellent. No noticable wear.
Even the factory tags are still on all the original parts.
Only problem is........ I still owe $12,000 on a car worth $10,000.

thats cool, my car is worth about a grand in "fair condition" according to KBB. about 1400 in "good condition". so i bought it in fair condition for $400, and invested about $300 to bring it to almost "good" condition. so if i sold it for $1200, i coud make a WHOPPING $500 profit. woooo... i think ill just drive it till it brakes, then make it into a go fast project.

The KBB value seems to not affect the prices of cars here in Cincy as much. I see 5th gen Monte's and Lumina's selling for $3,000 or more in good condition. The KBB value is about half that at most, yet I still see them selling everyday here! The 6th gens you wont see under 7k unless its ripped to peices sadly.

thats the only thing i dont like amarican made cars there value drops drasticaly. if we the consumer is paying on a amarican car and did not have gap insurence at the time of purchas. the car will be totaled with in two years depending on milege of the car 100 miles on odomiter car will be fixed on a three year old car. than a amarican car that has a 100k and a year old it will be totaled. it happend to my sister inlaw she had a dodge intrepid got hit in the rear car had 105k on the odomiter and two years old insurance totaled it. if you drive like a nissan gt-r or a high dollar foren car, for some reason they hold there value to our amarican car. i hop people that are still paying off there monty they have gap insurance do to the insurance will total the car and only pay for what they think it is bkue book and sold as scrap.

all amarican cars acording to the blue book sites and places that rate amarican cars they underrate the cars wich i think is wrong. compared to a foren car like nissan and bmw there blue books are always freakin high expecially on the high milege foregn cars that are betten to heck and back

yha, tell me about it. a kid at my school just picked up a '96 civic with 200k some odd miles... 2 door coupe, vetech & a stick, and its BEAT into the friggin ground. wooo, it has vetech. i think they sell lawnmowers with vetech now, too. he paied something obsurd for the car, like $2500? which is about $2400 more than it should be worth. so far, the shifter snapped off in his hand, it has a power drain somewhere requiring a jumpstart, the trunk leaks, interior smells & has no heat & a leaky brake line. woulda been ok for $100 mabe...
