Angie when it comes to music I love everything from Glen Miller to Steve Miller. I like country and jazz too. I can't do metal, rap, or hip hop. I may show my age here but that just seems like a lot of screaming and noise to me. My favorites are classic rock and easy listening. My favorite artists are Barbra Streisand and Jonny Mathis. I also like Janis Joplin, all the Motown artists, the British invasion, and the Beach Boys. Back in the day I couldn't drive a car if it didn't have a good sound system. Now I am satisfies with a stock radio and am mistified every time one of the kids drive by me with their systems blaring and all I can hear is the boom boom boom and the trunk lid. Sheet metal rattleing itself apart. I like loud music but it needs to be quality. A rattling car doesn't sound like quality sound.
i think my pain i was having from my wisdom tooth was from the stitches falling in the hole
i pulled them out last night and have felt pretty good today....knock on wood

I know exactly what you mean, Gregg. I'd always enjoyed any kind of music from blues to Beethoven - until rap came along. I can't force myself to listen to any of it even though I know a lot of Monte drivers love it (I can hear their systems when they drive by - with the windows closed, in loud traffic, with sirens blaring - they're oblivious). I hope I don't get in trouble for being disapproving - maybe they don't like the B. B. King and Eric Clapton blaring from my car. So.....to each his own.
And to all you young MCF members: Yes, that's right. I'm 104 years old.
