They're asking 2800. Which is about right for what it is. It does need some interior work, I just never got around to it before I had to sell it. If I had the money to buy it I'd offer 2500 though. If I had gotten my job a month or two before I did I would have never had to sell it.

Good mornin' all. After the clouds burned off yesterday we had a fairly decent day with sunshine but the wind was kickin' pretty good. It looks like today might be a repeat performance less the wind. Hope everyone has an enjoyable day.
