evening all, just got home from the races... amy's dad went to the 4th round but redlite.. but it was a .100 redlight, no one redlights that bad you pritty much would have to launch on the first yellow... which he clearly didn't, we have a feeling the beems in that lane may have been messed up becuase that lane was getting red lite almost every round

His best run of the day was, remember this is the 1/8th mile was

6.85 at 102mph

Evening all I worked all weekend and just finished up a bit ago. Our fireworks festival was amazing but makes for a very tiresome weekend for all of the organizers. next year is our 50th so they promise it will be bigger and better so we'll see.

he still won $75 so not a comleate loss, burned $40 worth of race fuel, the gas getting there, the entry fee's (he ran 2 classes) so he lost money on the weekend but he was hapy to be racing, he was running good, we where hoping he could run all the way throught becuase it was national dragster challenge race he could have won a wallie

hey Todd, thanks to you and space for the words of advice on buying my moms house! I'm gonna go with what I have to do short term for now (1-2 years) and buy the house. I've thought long and hard about it and I think I can maintain some stability and get some equity built up and sell this place and get my money back? I can't worry about the "unknown" we're all faced with that! This place is my "security blanket", maybe kinda stupid to say but it is.
