wpa is a type of security encryption, the network security key sounds right. The code you need should be under security settings or under wireless settings

TV vizio e472vl, comcast xfinity router

 

i cant find any info on the router, but my only thought is maybe there is a problem with wirelss g and n. But im running out of ideas, is there more than one security code?

 

Keane, I'm not sure, but for the evening, I'm kinda running out of time, I'll ask around at work and look into it more, I appreciate your help.... I always end up doing stuff to late and having issues, but I have to give up for now....... The TV is also down in the living room which means up and down the stairs with a beer in one hand, smoke in the other.......
