Good Morning. Went out and played pool last night. Spent alot of my time yesterday stripping my old bicycle. Its an old grandpa style bike I bought at a rummage for $12 couple years ago. Stripped it and sanded it all down. Repainted everything including chrome fenders since they were rusting out. It is now blue metallic and tryiing to buy yellow tires but there like 20 bucks a piece. I may just put the white walls back on for now. Need to get me a luggage rack to carry my beer. LOL. A Jeff Gordon Bike. I may post a pic later if I can manage to put it back together. I can take stuff apart but putting it back together is another thing.
morning everyone, thanks lou hoping something good finally does happen. Slept in alot later than planned today, gotta run out and do some errands and then watch the race.

Good afternoon everyone! Been away for a while. Gave the Monte a 12 hour detail yesterday. Full Meguiars treatment, with claybar, many washes, buffed with scratchx 2.0, ultimate compound on the large scratches, then ultimate polish, fallowed by nxt 2.0 wax. Then the usual tire shine and polish tips. Didn't get done until about 3 a.m. last night so I haven't checked it out in the sun yet. Planning on getting pics later on after I quick detail. I'd definitely recommend Meguiars scratchx to anyone who wants to restore they're paint from neglect. I'd honestly say that areas where there were 100s of small scratchs (my Monte was really bad, too many auto car washes and using those brushes there which actually do more harm than good), there's now maybe 10-15. Crazy results. Going to see if I can get some good close up pictures but I don't have a very good camera so it won't do much justice.
