we were going to get 7-11 inches of snow here but the track moved north and we dodged the big snow bullet. Have about 1.5 on the ground but right now it is freezing rain Stay safe!

 

Afternoon everyone, glad an extremely busy week is over. Went over to some friends last night and had a great time listening to music, playing wii and just shooting the breeze.

Not much planned for today, the wife is nursing a bit of a hangover (I enjoy not drinking lol) so probably just gonna stay indoors and watch a couple of movies

I just realized that I missed the 24 hours of Daytona. I thought it was next week instead of last week. Was it even televized? Oh well.

Evening guys. Snowfall has been heavy since about 2pm. Detroit Metro Airport just reported 10.4" about a half hour ago and it's still coming down good.

 

Sounds like not many will be getting around in your area tomorrow! Hopefully you can work from home and not have to get out in that mess.

 

I'm not equipped/able to work from home so I'm going to attempt the drive but am not sure I'll make it far. Few hours ago they upgraded our snowfall total here to 16-18" through 7am and the Sheriff issued a code yellow and is urging people to stay off the roads because there's numerous reports of crashes and stranded vehicles.

 

Ohhh that does not sound good at all!!

 

snow is just starting here, should be interesting trying to get to work and school tomorrow.
