Well the first part was a joke. I wouldnt have actually ran her down, just blasted my horn.

If someone was tailgating me I think I would rather drive 20mph and possibly get them to stop than drive 40 and run the change of getting slammed from behind if I have to brake for an emergency. Even if you dont get them to stop, at least you are driving 20 if he hits you instead of 40.

 

i hate when people constantly tap there brakes all the way down the road!! your not stopping so just go, then you wont look like such a tool. i also hate when people think they have a merge lane when they dont. people here in red deer constantly make up there own dual lane turns. if i get tailgated i just let them figure it out usually im going 5-10 km over the speed limit anyways so i dont really have a reason for the to tailgate me.. so i dont speed up or slow down.. they can go around me if they want to so bad

 

I always slow down when being tailgated, since I was baited into going faster by a tailgating cop back when I was 16 or 17 years old.

 

ya i guess i did that when i was 18 i got tailgated by a cop with his high beams on out in the country, rolled a stop sign to get away from him... but i dont slow down still... and i dont speed lol they dont bother u between 5-10 km (98% of the time).. sometimes if i am going over tho and they dont get the point i will drop right down to be smack on the speed limit to see how the tail gater likes it then

 

Hmmm I will admit I use my phone while driving, and has gotten the best of me in the past. Only because it was sitting on my lap and when it lit up I couldn't help but look down and next thing I knew a lady brake checked me and I hit her at about 28mph. Ever since I got the SS I havent touched the phone while im driving LOL im not taking anymore chances.
