My g/fs grandpa purchased a (scratch eraser) for the front bumper on his car. it came with a little cheap plastic buffer, a 1"x1" microfiber cloth and enough wax to polish a beetle shell.

He told me to use it on a scratch he had on his front bumper and the motor fried in it 2 seconds after I hit the switch. I walked inside and told him he got cheated out of $20, he hasnt asked me to do any work on his car since and turns off the tv any time any of those products get shown.
