Say Hello To Summer
noooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
'Space, thanks for the cool 'Shop and kind words. However, you did put 2011 instead of 2012. It's OK though.

Sorry `Ted, I thought it was a 2011 & did not know
that the 2012 were out yet (but what do I know: )

It is great for future retail value.
Your Mustang will be new for just about 18 calander months
~>2013
The auto companies seem to be selling newer year models
earlier each year...
earlier each year...

Totally off-topic Rick, but mind having a pic taken of your Mustang with my Pace Car?:p I had been planning on doing this with both Montes, if i ever came out. After my wife gets out of the hospital and is feeling better, we may make a trip out to your area to visit my wife's family (while we're both still off work). This is still up in the air, not sure if we're coming out or not.
Thank you! So am I. I didn't think I'd care for them, but the more I look at my car, the more I love those stock wheels. I'm not sure what to do. lol
'Space. Thanks, and I agree, I think the 2013 Mustang is actually going to start coming off the line later this year. It's crazy.
Congrats on Summer Rick.
At first I was wondering why you'd want to take the stripe off. But after seeing it up close, I agree it needed to go. I like the car. But I have to admit, the headlights take getting used to. I'm used to seeing the non-projector beam headlights.
We have an SVT Ford dealership here in Windsor. And I've seen the saleens and rousch mustangs. May I suggest possibly putting some rousch ground effects on your wish list? I think it would really add to Summer.
The CAI is definitely the way to go. Thanks for the pics Rick! Very nice choice.

Agreed on the headlights. I think I'd get used to them though. I bet they work great at night! I think this car will look BAD tinted.
Congrats on Summer Rick.

The headlights, you know, they don't scream vintage Mustang like the halogen headlights do, but I kind of like that. This is a modern pony after all, and the night driving visibility is amazing! I'm so glad I made sure this car came with them. I do kind of wish the silver in the light was black, but it's OK. I actually might get a dark stainless steal grill for it and I think it would tie into the headlights perfectly. We'll see. All in time.
I'll be getting exhaust first, since the stock instake is actually a CAI. I might go with a drop in K&N filter and see how things go.
I'll check out the ground effects packages and get back to you. I actually haven't seem much about them.
