by the way here is a pic of my moms house from the assessment site where I live, don't know how to get the below numbers off it but here it is... the side on the left is the house, part of a row of 4 duplexes side by side..... the pic below has changed a little from it's current state.....

 

Very interesting Chris can't say I have seen one like that before, shame no garage but hey it works, so is it shared parking or you have your own?

 

Justin, no shared parking, I park on my side and the other home owner parks on their side, it's a duplex, side by side... No garage, there was one at one time but my dad put in the bay window and made the garage area into a flower shop, that my parents ran for a few years back in the eighties.
