i just got home from yard work at my grandmas. I have about an hour to get ready for this concert now.

I took the back tires off the lumina today quick and i fixed the squealing noise coming from them. ended up being the shield thing behind the rotors. they were rubbing haha. it rides quiet now. I gotta put a passenger door handle on tomorrow

 

Zach, the backing plate was the issue? I have the same type of issue with my 99Z, I wonder if it could be the same, although the noise is coming from the front?

 

if that is what it is called....idk it was just looked like a shield or something and i just bent i backwards aways and it fixed it.

i think i will have to do the starter sometime. it is pretty noisy. good thing i bought one from a guy for $20 3 or 4 years ago

 

the other day I saw an ad for 2 sets of 16 inch monte wheels and tires, 1 set winter 65%-70% tread and another set all season 90% tread, 2 complete sets selling for $300. I think it's a pretty decent deal, and the wheels are ok, 1 set from the 98-99Z34(winter tires) and the other set from like the 2000 LS(all sesason tires) with all the spoke type looking wheels? I have winter and summer wheels for my 06 in size 17 but the 16's would work great on my 99Z, what should I do, I was considering selling the 99 because right now I could really use the money. I could keep the 99 thru winter and maybe sell it next spring and get some cash back, but I think the 99 needs more work and that means more cash that I don't really have?

 

3.0" pulley and 65# injectors installed today. This thing is a monster! I punched it at 35 and lit up the tires with ease. I'm almost afraid of it.
